Longshore x Hickson House: An Oyster & Martini Affair

We’re throwing a party at Longshore for two of our favourite things – oysters and martinis. In collaboration with Hickson House, we’re bringing you a night of fresh oysters, great drinks, and good tunes. This isn’t a sit-down dinner. Expect a laid-back evening where you can roam, mingle, and enjoy at your own pace.

Here’s what’s included in your ticket:

• Welcome Oyster Pearl Mini Martini (free-flowing for the first hour!)
• Oyster-inspired menu with freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters, and snacks like Rock Oyster & Shoyu Caviar, Bush Oyster Kilpatrick, Boomer Bay Oyster Po Boy, and more
• Oyster-inspired dessert by Chef Jarrod Walsh
• Curated Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin Martinis, mixed from their famous Martini trolley and available for purchase all night
• Live DJ spinning tracks to keep the good vibes flowing
