Negroni Week x Four Pillars

This Negroni Week, we’re raising a glass (or five) to the iconic cocktail with a bespoke collaboration between The Inchcolm and Four Pillars Gin.

From 15–28 September, our bar will be serving a limited-edition Negroni menu featuring five inventive creations, each showcasing a different expression of Four Pillars’ award-winning gins.

Available Monday to Saturday, 5pm till late only!

• Passionfruit Negroni – A luminous twist on the classic, where bitter-sweet botanicals are lifted with bright yuzu and velvet passionfruit.

• Smoked Negroni – Gin and vermouth entwined with a whisper of mezcal smoke, creating intrigue and depth in every sip.

• Spiced Negroni – A spirited blend of spice and citrus that weaves warmth and exotic character through the glass.

• Dirty Negroni – Herbaceous and savoury with a touch of brine, giving this negroni a distinctly grown-up edge.

• Pillar of Inchcolm Negroni – A house signature with shiraz gin and rhubarb syrup, lengthened with soda and crowned with Campari foam.

Join us for 14 days of bold flavour, refined craft and the timeless charm of the Negroni, reimagined. Walk-ins welcome, though reservations are recommended.
