This Christmas Eve at Longshore, let’s raise a glass (or two), and make it one to remember. Executive Chef Jarrod Walsh’s share-style menu delivers dishes boasting the freshest flavours from both sea and land.
From 5.30pm – 10.00pm we’re serving up a seasonal menu inspired by a scorching Aussie Christmas in the sun, with sips to match.
Think Coffs Harbour tiger prawn crudo, with sambal, prawn chips, pickled Jervis bay mussels, with John Dory tarama and fennel, and grilled to perfection, dry-aged Byron Bay Borrowdale pork chop, dripping in Native Xmas glaze, served with BBQ pineapple.
Our classic burnt Aussie pavlova, fresh mango, strawberry gum chantilly, mango sorbet is the festive finish you’ve been waiting for.

$140 per person, for a 2 hour sitting.
Restaurant hours are from 5.30pm – 10.00pm.
$50 per person cancellation fee applied 48 hours prior to event.
