Terms & Conditions
Please note this is a full venue buyout. Full prepayment is required to secure your booking. A 20% deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation, with the remaining pre-paid amount held as credit for up to 12 months. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are strictly non-refundable. Name changes may be accommodated up to 14 days in advance. Guests are encouraged to advise our team of any dietary requirements when booking, and no later than seven days prior to the event. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met.
Access to the rooftop is limited to guests aged 18 and over, and please note there is no elevator access to Level 3.
Tayim operates under the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Guests showing signs of intoxication or inappropriate behaviour may be refused service or asked to leave the premises, with no refund applicable. Beverage service will conclude promptly at 3:30pm.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Tayim reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend the event. Should this occur, guests will be offered either a transfer or a refund.
