New Head Chef Oliver Hammond presents a four-course degustation menu, paired with exceptional wines from Vins du Liban. Each dish is inspired by the bold, sun-soaked flavours of the Middle East, complemented by Lebanese pours selected to showcase the region’s winemaking heritage.
This event is more than a meal—it’s a celebration of culture, craftsmanship, and connection, brought to life by Vins du Liban founder Nicole’s passion for her heritage and the stories behind every bottle. Nicole will personally guide guests through her curated selection, sharing her deep knowledge of Lebanese wine and the unique stories behind each pour.
