Eric’s Bar is the social heart of the hotel, and the neighbourhood too. The welcome’s warm. Someone always knows your name.
By day, it’s quiet and unhurried. As evening comes in, the lights drop and the music turns to soul. Drinks get their own small theatre here, a martini poured tableside, an old fashioned stirred right in front of you. Ask about Eric’s own pour, or Scarlet’s. Some stories are better told over a drink.
