Set within the sandstone walls of Harbour Rocks, this year’s New Year’s Eve brings together the bold, generous spirit of Tayim’s Levantine table with new ways to celebrate into midnight, from a five-course dining experience to an exclusive harbour view cocktail party as the fireworks light up the sky.

A relaxed start to the evening at Tayim: a five-course set menu moving from bold, seasonal share plates through to show-stopping mains, think butter-poached lobster tail and chargrilled scotch fillet, finished with Tayim’s signature Levantine flair. Our early seating leaves you ready to continue the celebrations across The Rocks.

Expect a spectacular year-end celebration in our exclusive Harbour View Suite. Four hours of free-flowing beverages, a pop-up bar and oyster station, champagne tower, roaming canapés and live music set the final scene. All building to a front-row view of Sydney’s fireworks at midnight.

For those who want to celebrate 2026 with a little bit of everything, our all-inclusive package has you booked for an early five-course dinner at Tayim (6:00pm – 8:30pm) followed by the Harbour View Cocktail Party (8:30pm – 12:30am). Full payment is required at the time of booking for all New Year’s Eve ticketed experiences. Menus are subject to change without notice. Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking and while our team will endeavour to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed. The Harbour View Cocktail Party and Ultimate NYE Experience are strictly for guests aged 18 years and over. In the event of cancellation, cancellations made within 14 days of the event are strictly non-refundable through the ticketing platform or up to the discretion of the business. Please note there is no lift access to the rooftop and Harbour View Suite, with access available via stairs only. By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
